Welcome to the first Chasing Freedom Show episode of 2020! In this episode, I talk with Miss Mandy Meehan; a beautiful friend of mine who has been chasing freedom from chronic fatigue syndrome (or chronic 'invisible' illness, as some think of it) for the last 3.5 years. Her struggles have pointed her life in an entirely new direction and she now works in nutritional therapy.
Listen in as Mandy and I talk about how to embrace struggles and even be grateful for the hard times, holding onto hope through healing, asking for help, personal boundaries and managing energy, and the difference between a healing diet and a healthy diet.
