With so much going on, we find ourselves using vices more than ever and we start to neglect where we are or what season we're in. For me, my routines have felt a little off lately. But despite what is going on in the world, our health still matters. To stand up with our brothers and sisters and be advocates and help our world, our health has to matter.


In this solo episode of the Chasing Freedom Show, I answer a broad spectrum of questions on health; physical, spiritual, and relational health. Specifically, I give you my take on:
