In today’s episode of the Chasing Freedom show, I provide some practical tips for making health easier for you. My food freedom journey has been years in the making with many ups and downs but I know God is using it for good!
I think so many of us feel like we’re on the road to nowhere when it comes to our health. Maybe you don’t enjoy exercising or you can’t get into a routine, and it all just feels too hard. Sister, I hear you.
That’s why I take twenty-five minutes to talk about my own journey and give practical tips on what it looks like to honor God with your health. Spoiler alert… they aren’t difficult things, but you have to be willing to wipe the slate clean.
I talk about how everyone’s health journey is different. Everyone has a different story, and everyone has different bodies and beliefs. I don’t give you the perfect meal plan or best eating habits but I do talk about how you can start to transform your routine with a few simple steps.
I know that health in the way God designed it is a beautiful thing, and I want you to experience that freedom too!
