Have your rhythms and routines slipped during this pandemic? Mine have for sure! I have felt a bit out of whack...It started with my spiritual disciplines and then everything else slipped off beat as well which left me struggling to sync up again.
My recent vacation taught me that my rhythm of life has to start with these spiritual disciplines and then other instruments can be added in slowly.
In this episode of the Chasing Freedom Show, I give you a run down of the new routine I'm following to help get back on track. It's simple and there's a reason behind everything - intentionality is the name of the game.
