When it comes to motivation and discipline, it's common to have periods in our lives that feel super-charged, only to have the motivation disappear. Or, for certain activities and pursuits our motivation is through the roof, but we just can't seem to apply it to all areas of our lives. So, we end up searching time and time again for tips and steps to improve our motivation and discipline...what's really going on here?

 

In this episode of The Chasing Freedom Show, I walk you through 3 obstacles that get in the way of us CONSISTENTLY pursuing our desires and taking action: 1. Mind-Body Connection, 2. The Motive of Comparison, and 3. Laziness.

 

I have felt unmotivated SO often in different areas of my life. Lately, it's with regards to having my home well-kept (yawn). And I've really come to realize that my motivation lacks when my faith lacks. Listen in to better understand and strengthen your connection between seeking the Lord and having consistent motivation.
